How it works

One bracket. Eleven games. Zero mistakes.

Everything is submitted before the field is even announced. Then you watch, sweat, and survive.

01

Predict the field

Call the 12-team playoff field in seed order — before the selection show. Byes for the top four, first-round matchups for the rest.

02

Pick every winner

Pick all 11 game winners and the total points scored in each round — first round through the championship, all upfront.

03

Survive every round

One wrong winner and your bracket is eliminated. The last bracket standing takes the gold.

The prize

$500K*

Grand prize between $100,000 and $500,000

*Prize eligibility and amount subject to insurance carrier approval. If no bracket survives all eleven games, no grand prize is awarded.

Quick answers

Before you ask

Is it really free to play?

Yes. There is no entry fee and no purchase — ever. Gridiron Gold is a free, skill-based bracket contest supported by sponsors.

What happens if I get a pick wrong?

Picking a wrong winner eliminates that bracket from the grand prize — but you stay on the leaderboard, keep earning points, and keep bragging rights. You can enter up to two brackets.

Who can play?

US residents 18 or older, except in Rhode Island, Washington, New York, and Florida, where the contest isn't available.
