Delete your account

Deleting your Gridiron Gold account is immediate, permanent, and takes under a minute in the app. Here's exactly how.

Delete in the app (fastest)

Open the Gridiron Gold app and sign in.
Go to the Profile tab (bottom-right of the screen).
Tap Delete account and enter your password.
Tap Delete my account, then confirm twice — Continue, then Delete forever. That's it — you'll be signed out and your account is gone.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently deletes or anonymizes:

Your profile — name, email address, date of birth, and avatar photo.
All brackets and predictions you submitted, including your leaderboard entry.
Your push notification tokens and notification preferences.
Your sign-in credentials and active sessions.

Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. Limited records may be retained for a period where required for legal, security, or prize-audit purposes (for example, if you won a prize that season), as described in the Privacy Policy. You can create a new account with the same email address later, but your old brackets will not be restored.

Can't access the app?

If you've lost your device or can't sign in, email us and we'll delete the account for you:

Email support@gridirongold.app with the subject line "Delete my account", sent from the email address registered to the account. We'll verify the request and confirm deletion, normally within a few business days.
